Features of the entire program

 

Learnigo ADHD is a set of activities, lesson plans and worksheets designed to support students in two age groups (6+ and 11+) showing symptoms or diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

 

It is also:

  • a resource designed to be used in small groups as a whole lesson (e.g., in sessions focusing on developing socio-emotional skills) or  as-needed as supplemental practice,
  • tailored to the needs, capabilities, and lesson plans of therapists and teachers supporting students with and without ADHD,
  • dozens of topics and lesson suggestions trialed with with children diagnosed with or showing symptoms of ADHD divided into two age groups for specialized practice targeting younger (ages 6+) and older (ages 11+) students,
  • focused on attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity - three characteristic symptoms of ADHD,
  • supplemented by additional materials (methodological guide plus two guidebooks including lesson plans designed specifically for this program),
  • nearly 700 interactive activities plus worksheets to target various skills underlying ADHD. Additionally, there are extra interactive screens containing exercise suggestions targeting the areas and skills most commonly disrupted in children diagnosed with ADHD (e.g. impulsivity control training, reaction delay, flexibility, cognitive flexibility, planning, verbal fluency, working memory, moral development, and others).
